August 2022 numbers are out for the Greater Baton Rouge area. Although the supply of inventory is finally starting to increase slightly (a welcome change for buyers), the average sales price is still strong and higher than it was this time last year. Take a peak at the interactive chart below.....
Wow....take a look at the supply of homes for sale in the Greater Baton Rouge Area for July 2020! The months supply of homes for sale for July slipped down to 3.4 months. Following our inventory patterns, we have to go all the way back to April of 2017 to see a month's supply as low as this (see interactive chart below)!
